Title: Cranberry Relish (Wedman)

Yield: 6 Servings

4cFresh or frozen cranberries
1cOrange juice
8pkEqual sweetener 16 tsp 1/3 c

Cook the cranberries with the orange juice until thick. Cool. Add the sweetener. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

1/2 cup serving - 49 cal, 1 fruit exchange 12 grams carbohydrate, 0 pro, 0 fat, 1 mg sodium, 124 potassium, 0 cholesterol
